THE PROGRAM

Six Sessions. Two Transformative Phases.

This six-session program walks young women through personal identity and character development, then prepares them with the practical tools needed for adulthood and employment.

SESSIONS 1–4

Personal Identity & Character Development

True Colors Personality Assessment
Self-awareness and confidence building
Discovering strengths, interests, and potential career pathways
Spiritual foundations and developing a personal relationship with God
Mindset transformation and emotional resilience
Responsibility, accountability, and self-discipline
Building healthy habits and consistent decision-making
Proper etiquette, professionalism, and respectful communication

SESSIONS 5–6

Prepared for Adulthood & Employment

Job readiness
Interview preparation
Completing employment applications
Writing professional résumés and cover letters
Workplace expectations and professionalism
Banking basics, including direct deposit and financial accounts
Money management and budgeting
Credit education and financial stewardship
